Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. DESCRIPTION

Refund is a customer’s request to receive the amount he or she has paid for an item or service.

2. REASONS FOR REFUND

• The service purchased is out of inventory and it is not possible to deliver another service with similar characteristics and the same or higher price.
• Delivery time exceeds fifteen (15) business days from the date of purchase without the customer receiving the product or service.
• The customer has been charged an incorrect amount, the refund applies for the difference.
• Due to the different scenarios that may exist in online purchases, all cases not contemplated in these policies will be reviewed and processed by suplefit.net individually.

3. REQUIREMENTS

• Order number with which you purchased your product.
• Description of the order or service.
• Reason for which the refund is requested.
• Payment method with which the purchase was made.
• If it is necessary to ship the product, its conditions must be evaluated by suplefit.net before proceeding with a possible refund.
• Once the receipt of the refund request is confirmed, the review process will proceed; receipt of the request does not imply authorization of the refund.
• Refund requests will be analyzed and the client will be notified both in cases of proceeding and in cases of non-applicability of refunds and the reasons.
4. TIMES The estimated times for processing a Refund once it is authorized are:
• Payment with credit card, debit card, cash app or Apple Pay time of 5 to 10 business days.
• Payment by electronic transfer, 3 to 5 business days.
• Bank Deposit, 3 to 5 business days.
• Exceptions The following exceptions apply to refunds when services are delivered and a claim is made 30 days after delivery.

5. CANCELLATION POLICIES

Cancellation window: The period within which the customer can cancel their order without a penalty is 3 days before receiving the service.
